Please note that the delivery will take up to 1-4 weeks, depending on your location.
Transit time is measured in business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. During the holiday season your shipment may be delayed.
By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Cult Cowboys is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, you can contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
We are not accepting returns of items due to incorrect choices.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery and a refund will be issued after it is shipped back to us. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.
